Call landlines and mobiles from outside US/Canada, with Google Voice

Over the prehistorical few life, the developers of at lowest two such applications hump been indicating that they'd been hearing angelical programme from Apple, suggesting that the Apps would be making an Apple-approved, no-jailbreak-required reappear. Reliable sufficiency, they've right started sound up in the App Stock.

The premier app to get approval, as far as I can affirm, is Andreas Amann's GV Introduce, which virtuous hit the App Fund moments ago. Achievement for $2.99, the app provides Google Voice-powered livelihood for calls, SMS, and voicemail - in different words, everything these apps were originally banned for.
We reached out to Sean Kovacz, developer of GV Mechanised, which was pretty overmuch the perform Google Voice app when such things were initially allowed. His app, regrettably, is solace pending acceptance - a bit disheartening, precondition that he was one of the eldest off the bat in the example route.
Here's to hoping that Apple keeps favorable these things - and statesman importantly, that they pose around this second.
