These are technical terms that it is possible that the man with Parkinson's disease to be promoted, as it struggles to descend the stairs outside her door and staggers in his driveway, sloping shoulders shaky balance between him, his stick and the door of the car, as its way to the mailbox at the end of the station they apply.
